We built Rapid Response Generators because that story is preventable. Not with a $15,000 permanent standby installation that most homeowners can’t justify — but with a structured access model that pre-positions a managed fleet and holds your place in it before the emergency happens. 

Rental companies respond to demand. By the time you’re calling, everyone else is calling too. Inventory is gone, prices surge, and you’re at the back of a long line. 

RRG is structured differently. Our members hold a reserved position in a managed fleet before any outage event. When we declare an activation, deployment starts automatically — your tier determines when you’re served. You don’t have to call. You don’t have to compete. You’re already in the system. 

We don’t oversell our capacity, and we don’t make promises we can’t keep. 

RRG was founded by Bob Adams and Ron Demeter — two Nashville-area entrepreneurs who spent time watching neighbors go without power and decided the gap in the market wasn’t a technology problem. It was a logistics and commitment problem. A managed fleet, a reserved-access membership model, and the operational discipline to execute when it counts. 

• Capacity integrity. We don’t oversell. Fleet capacity is managed to a strict coverage ratio. When a ZIP code reaches its member limit, enrollment closes — not expands.
• Priority discipline. We dispatch by priority, not by proximity or convenience. Medical and Elite members are served first, always. If you’re Priority or Base, you know that going in.
• Honest positioning. We’re direct about what membership is and what it isn’t. We’re not a life-support system. We’re not a guarantee of uninterrupted power. We’re a well-managed infrastructure access service — and we’ll tell you exactly what that means before you enroll.
