RRG operates on a hub-and-spoke model centered in Nashville, with a 75-mile service radius from our primary hub. We are expanding — but we are expanding deliberately, with fleet capacity built ahead of enrollment, not behind it.

Outside of our current area?
We are expanding into additional markets — Alabama, Kentucky, Arkansas, Georgia and the Carolinas are on our near-term roadmap. Expansion is tied directly to fleet build-out, not to sales targets. We don’t launch in a market until we can serve it properly.
