The enrollment fee is non-refundable and collected at sign-up alongside your first annual subscription payment. It covers your fleet unit registration, account setup, and transfer switch coordination (Transfer switch installation is a separate fee). It’s not a deposit — it’s your infrastructure commitment fee, locking in your spot. 

Medical Tier: What It Requires 

The Medical tier is reserved for households with documented medical device dependency — oxygen concentrators, home dialysis, CPAP/BiPAP, infusion pumps, insulin refrigeration, powered wheelchairs, and similar equipment. Enrollment requires: 

• A signed physician letter or prescription on official letterhead 

• Medical device registration or documentation confirming device use at your address 

• Insurance documentation confirming medical necessity 

 Medical tier enrollment is not confirmed until documentation is reviewed and approved. Geographic caps apply — Medical tier availability is limited per ZIP code to ensure every Medical member can be served within the 12-hour deployment target.
