Why Choose Us

Reserved fleet allocation

From the moment you enroll, a generator unit in our fleet is designated for your household. It’s not shared inventory. It’s not first-come-first-served. Your spot is held for the duration of your membership year — whether you activate once, twice, or not at all.

Priority dispatch for your tier

When an activation event is declared, deployment follows a strict order: Medical, Elite, Priority, Base. Within each tier, dispatch is optimized by geography. Your tier is your position — and that position is contractually defined.

Professional delivery, setup and retrieval

Our crews handle the full logistics cycle. Delivery to your property. Generator setup. Transfer switch hookup. Fuel at delivery. Retrieval when the event ends. You don’t touch a truck, a fuel can, or a dolly.

Transfer switch compatibility

Members can add a transfer switch installation through RRG’s electrician network. This permanently connects your home’s panel to incoming generator power — no extension cords, no partial coverage, no wires through windows. Once installed, every future activation is seamless.

Fuel management

Generator fuel is managed by RRG. Your tier includes a specified runtime at delivery. Extended runtime and fuel resupply are available at posted rates during active events. You are never responsible for sourcing fuel during an outage – which is exactly the moment when fuel is hardest to find.

Transparent overage pricing

If your outage runs longer than your included runtime, extended coverage is available at rates that are published in advance – in your membership agreement and in your member portal. We don’t set overage prices in the middle of a crisis. You know what extended coverage costs before you ever need it.

Annual membership continuity

Your membership automatically renews at your anniversary date. You remain in the fleet allocation system without re-enrolling, without re-paying the enrollment fee, and without losing your tier position. Annual renewals require updated documentation for Medical tier members only.

RRG Is Built for Specific Households. Is That Yours?

  • Homeowners in storm-prone Middle Tennessee and Southeastern United States neighborhoods who’ve lived through at least one multi-day outage and don’t want to repeat it.
  • Remote professionals and home-based businesses where power loss is a direct income disruption.
  • Households with medical equipment dependency that makes power continuity genuinely critical.
  • Families with young children or elderly members for whom extended outages are a comfort and safety issue.
  • Homeowners who’ve priced a permanent standby generator and decided the $15K-$25K ownership cost isn’t the right answer for their situation.
